According to an interview with CNBC, Satya Nadella disclosed that the Microsoft of 2021 is very different from the Microsoft of 2000. he added that they have created an environment, which allow them to drive the everyday improvement in our diversity and inclusion culture.
According to Nadella, the power dynamic in the workplace is not something that needs to be abused in any form. He added that people should be comfortable to raise any issues they observe asnd the company maanagement will work to develop a system to investigate the actions of the employee.
